Austin John, who played the superhero red ranger in the phenomenal series "Power Ranges," was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for lying about making a loan under false pretenses related to Covid-19 assistance from the United States government.
A report by local media said the top attorney in the Eastern District of Texas said that Austin St. John is one of 18 people accused of having carried out a devious conspiracy to get a loan from the government related to the impact of Covid-19 for low-income entrepreneurs.
According to information, Austin John and his gang applied for an injection of funding from the nearly $700 billion Small Business Administration Salary Protection Program. While the Austin John mob are reported to have received 16 loans totaling $3.5 million from various lenders, they borrowed under existing business names or used new business names to secure the loans.
The prosecutor's office that tried them has also issued a press release saying the defendants did not use the money to pay salaries, cover their debts, pay utilities or provide health care to its employees. Instead, they transfer money to personal accounts for private spending and investing in securities.
According to information, the Austin John loan that was approved was approximately $400,000 US dollars on the grounds of Covid-19 assistance that had an impact on his business. For his actions, Austin John was threatened with a prison sentence of 20 years. Meanwhile, David Klaudt, a lawyer who accompanies Austin John, said that if his client is innocent, the charges are not conclusive evidence for a sentence. Austin John, who is currently 47 years old, has been in the media spotlight for alleged illegal loans. Previously he was very famous among children and even adults because of his role as the superhero red ranger.
Jason Lee Scott is his alias and Austin st. John is his name in the Power Rangers series, which made Austin John even more popular when he appeared in many works of the Power Rangers series such as, Surge of Power: Revenge of the Sequel, Monsters At Large, A Walk with Grace.
